Terms of Service

wcreynders.ai is operated by Willem Reynders, trading as wcreynders.ai (“we”, “us”), a sole proprietor based in South Africa. You can reach us at hello@wcreynders.ai.

wcreynders.ai is an online membership that teaches you to build software and run your business with AI. It includes course lessons, a members’ community, a weekly live call, and software tools we make available to members. What is included may change and improve over time.

Your membership is personal to you. You may not share your login or resell, sublicense or give others access to the paid content or tools.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for what happens under your membership. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

You must be 18 or older to join.

We open the membership in stages. Signing in adds you to the list. We admit members in the order they signed up, and we may decline or remove access at our discretion, for example where these terms are broken.

Founding members pay R1 299 per month and keep that price for as long as their membership stays active. After the founding places are taken, the price is R1 999 per month. All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.

When paid membership goes live, billing is monthly through PayFast and renews automatically until you cancel. We will always tell you the price before you pay.

You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for, and you will not be billed again. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for part of a month already started, but we will always put right a genuine billing error. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected.

Inside the community, you agree not to:

• post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading or infringing;
• spam, scrape, or use the community to sell to other members without permission;
• share paid lessons, tools or content with people outside the membership;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us permission to store and show your content inside the platform so the community works. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

The course, lessons, tools and materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them for your own learning and your own business. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them, or use them to build a competing course or membership.

We share the methods and tools we use, but your results depend on your own work, market and circumstances. We do not promise any particular income or outcome. Nothing on wcreynders.ai is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. For decisions like those, speak to a suitably qualified professional.

We work to keep the platform available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may update, add to or remove features, and we may change these terms. If we make a material change to the terms, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let members know. Continuing to use the membership means you accept the updated terms.

We provide the membership with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

You can leave at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or end a membership that breaks these terms, or where we stop offering the service. If we end the service entirely, we will give members reasonable notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
